Appeal from the decision of the defendant denying the plaintiff’s application to enlarge the use of certain of his real property that had been authorized by special permit, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the court, Norko, J.; judgment sustaining the appeal, from which the defendant, on the granting of certification, appealed to this court. No error.

The defendant, East Hartford Planning and Zoning Commission, appeals from the decision by
