This appeal from the November 14, 1985 Finding and Award of the Fourth District Commissioner was filed November 26, 1985. It is therefore dismissed as a late appeal for failure to comply with 31-301, C.G.S. and Administrative Regulations, 31-301-1, which themselves have the force of a statute. Golob v. State of Connecticut, 4 CRD-2-79, 1 Conn. Workers’ Comp. Rev. Op. 3 (1980).
