Action to recover damages for breach of contract, and for other brought to the Superior Court in

the judicial district of Fairfield and tried to the jury before Rodriguez, J.;
verdict for the plaintiff; subsequently, the court denied the defendant’s motion to set aside the verdict and granted, in part, the defendant’s motion for a remittitur, and rendered judgment for the plaintiff, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
