Action to recover damages for services allegedly performed by the plaintiff, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Hammer, J., sua sponte, rendered judgment nonsuiting the plaintiff for his failure to appear for trial, from which the plaintiff appealed.[1]

No error.
