Appeal from an order and decree of the Probate Court for the district of Newington approving the defendant’s claim for payment for services rendered to the plaintiff’s decedent, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Wagner, J., rendered judgment dismissing the appeal, from which the named plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
