SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR RECTIFICATION
KEVIN A. RANDOLPH, JUDGE.

The Court, Randolph, J., filed a Memorandum of Decision in the above-captioned matter on March 29, 2007. On April 9, 2007, defendant filed a Motion for Rectification to correct what he alleges are errors of findings of fact. The court denies defendant’s motion for failure to comply with Section 66-5 of the Practice Book.

After review of the Memorandum of Decision, the court makes the following corrections to the record:

Paragraph 3, p. 2. The finding should read, “He used his benefits as an active duty marine to pay for up to seventy five percent of his undergraduate education costs while in California.”

Paragraph 1, p. 7. The finding should read, “He pays alimony in the amount of $300 per week.”
